[REVIEW] Beauty Story - Primer Smooth & Luminous

After my long awaited post that I've posted, I'm getting hyped up to write more in this beauty blog. I want to share so many good products that I recently tried over 1 vacant year, and also there are few disappoint products as well.

Next review I want to talk with you is this affordable primer for beauty junkies. There are times when you want your skin to look glow from within but you have no choice because you have to deal with your dry skin, right? Maybe because your skincare doesn't give the expected result, but I can tell you one thing, base makeup could help you with the trouble. As long as you find a good base makeup, you could definitely say goodbye to patchy-looking-skin under your makeup, and your face may looks healthy from within.

Face primer is the beginning of makeup steps. If you want to achieve a glowy (not oily) looking skin, you have to find a suitable luminous primer with your skin. Few months ago, after passed through the display cabinet over and over again at Watson, I decided to pick up this primer. I know it's a bit risky to try something that I literally haven't read any review at internet, but because it's so affordable I wanted to try, it's a luminous primer from Beauty Story.

It's been a long MIA, I know. I'm gathering all those desires to get back on track again while doing lots of work in office. It's been difficult, and there are a lot I've been going through.

I'm trying to learn more about makeup nowadays, and now I'm showing you all my everyday makeup routine that has been keep me accompanied this past few months in 2015. It's a natural look without heavy makeup, and pretty much wearable in everyday occasion; office, hang out, natural look, and when you want to go to church without heavy foundation.

Re-Create Tina Yong Halloween Makeup Look

How was your Halloween party?

Everything went scary?

I know that Halloween was over and now we're moving to the lovely November.

However, I want to share with you the makeup look that was very easy to do rather than doing some beauty makeup. Hihihihi this is the halloween look that inspired by one of the makeup artist : Tina Yong from Australia.

FYI, I'm still learning on how to put on makeup properly, so please don't embarrassed me by saying my makeup is ugly. Well, it was aimed for scary, not ugly. Hahahaha

9 Different Eyeliner Looks

How is your weekend?

I didn't have any particular plans for past weekend, so I just got lazy all day. And then I've got inspiration to create some different eyeliner looks, and here I am with a new post. For I've been thinking if I was quite greedy to post 2 new post each week, I decided to at least wrote one every week. My schedule is all messed up and I don't even have any me time. I know that most of you probably more experienced in creating those eyeliners, well, I'm not a pro but I'm trying to get into the makeup world. So, count of it as my efforts to study more. Without further do, here it is, some inspiration looks for your eyeliner routine..

 Start with bare eyes, there are imperfections here and there, and yes I'm not as flawless as what you think. This skin has created more problem in my life than my life itself. So, I'm just trying to take care of it. You can use your eye primer or eye base for creating a long lasting eyeliner/eyeshadow look, but for this time I didn't put any.

More Beauty Haul (July 2015)

I'm back with another beauty haul that I've done for this past month.

As you guys know that July this year is one of the month that most likely all stores in Indonesia gave various discounts because of Eid al-Fitr. And like almost all girls instinct, it is the perfect time to buy all the necessities, especially beauty products. I went back home for holiday in Manado, and this beauty haul I'm gonna show you, some of it were bought at Manado. I'll see if I can post some photos I took when I went to Manado since most of it are foodies. Hehehe (you guys know me from my blog 'Eat 'n Regret' ^^

Am back, finally!

For these past 2 months, I can say, the worst blogging time for me. I could barely touch my mail and my blog. I can just occasionally reply the email from reader, and wrote drafts or idea for blog. But what I regret is I don’t have any much time to write any, even with all the photos were ready. Thank you for keep coming back to my blog to recheck if there’s any new post, I’ll try to update as many as I can, for what I did in past 2 months.

Akhirnya balik jg gw sama post baru.
2 bulan terakhir bener-bener vakum bgt gw nge-blog. Boro-boro dah mo ngepost, buka email aja susah beudd. Paling cuman sesekali balesin email dari temen-temen pembaca yang minta saran ato tulis-tulis ide buat blog. Tapi apa daya, semua hanya terdampar di folder Draft saja. Sorry bangett! Makasi buat beberapa temen yang tetap stay tuned, ngecek kalo gw ngepost ato gak. Ke depannya bakal lebih update lagi, walopun ada ato gak yg baca. Hahaha

This time, I have some tips for all girls out there who usually feel excessive desire to try products as many as they can, whenever they visit the beauty counter. We all do want it all, but there are some limitations in what we could buy, such as :
1. Is it suitable with my skin type/color?
2. It won’t effect me breakouts, right?
3. What if I can’t use it often? It’s a waste of money too, right?
4. Is it important for my skin needs?
5. Is it affordable? I still have another necessity to buy, tho.
6. What if I look weird?
7. And another “what if...” questions in our head.

Kali ini gw bakal kasi tips buat cewek-cewek yang biasanya obsesif banget pengen cobain smua produk make up yang biasanya ada di counter-counter. Bisa aja sih kita langsung keluar kocek buat beli, tapi kan kita mikir juga nih kemungkinannya, misalnya :
1. Cocok gak ya buat tipe ato warna kulit gw?
2. Ga bakalan bikin jerawatan kan?
3. Gimana kalo akhirnya gw jarang pake? Sayang duitnya juga..
4. Penting ga ya buat kebutuhan kulit gw?
5. Dompet gw mampu ga buat beli? Masih ada keperluan penting lain soalnya..
6. Di iklan artisnya sih keliatan cakepp, tapi kalo keliatan aneh di gw gimana?
7. Dan "gimana jika..." lain-lainnya..

And so, after long debates, we can still buy the products if we see it ourselves that the product is a good pair for us (our skin). When our friends buy the product, we can’t really sure that the color or the type is as suitable as ours. So, another opt we go for : Lemme’ just try it myself!

Akhirnya, kita bakal lebih percaya diri kalo beli produk yang udah kita buktiin sendiri kalo produk itu cocok sama kulit kita. Cocok pas dipake temen, belum tentu cocok dikita juga kan? Pilihan terakhirnya : OK, sini gw coba!
